IDArmor Review

Becoming a victim of identity fraud is no joke. The mere hassle of dealing with all the trouble caused by a thief is just horrible. I’ve read horror stories on the web about people and even children who have had their identities stolen and fraud committed in their name. Just imagine a kid having thousands of dollars in debt, and he or she doesn’t even have a credit card of his own. So I believe it’s very important to be protected so that this doesn’t happen to me or any member of my family.

The service I tried was called IDArmor. What I liked about IDArmor was the extensive steps they took to protect my identity and the identities of the members of my family. They required credit issuers to seek authorization whenever somebody tries to open a new account in my name. They also asked credit bureaus to stop selling my personal information to credit companies – a fact which I never knew until they told me that was legal unless I requested otherwise. What’s more, this information could have been sold to anyone willing to pay! Then there’s the annual credit report they mail to me, where I can monitor any suspicious transactions.

Pricing :

What really got me going for IDArmor was the fee. Just $1.99 per month – which is just $24 a year! A really small price to pay for getting myself protected. I of course had some misgivings at the beginning with the dirt cheap price, but the website was quick to explain their simple operations that cut down on operating costs, making it possible for them to provide such great service for so little an amount. Plus, there’s also a money back guarantee and a $1 million insurance policy for users who still get victimized by identity theft while on IDArmor. Not a bad deal at all.

Summary :

The IDArmor service is simple and straightforward, which made it really easy for me to understand the mechanics behind the operation and the services they would provide me with. What’s more, the low price is really almost a negligible amount to pay to keep me or any member of my family from getting our identities stolen. Their prevention policies are really efficient, and if – just if – their system fails for any reason, the $1 million guarantee is more than enough fallback for me.
