One thing that stood out straight away was there lack of customer services or help pages on the site. The most popular lenses such as Acuvue, Focus and Dallies are listed also across the top of the page which is a big help for those who know they want a particular brand.

Overall Selection :

There range of lenses is pretty impressive, I took a look first at there Acuvue range and as far as I could tell they stocked Acuvue entire range of lenses from the commonly used 1 day, bifocal, sureview and advance to the newest addition to the Acuvue range Oasys. The range was equally as large for lenses such as Focus from there soft colours range with a choice of three different eye colours to there toric lenses and Dallies night and day. The contact lens store offers a wide range of coloured lenses from manufactures such as Acuvue, they stock both 2 colour opaque and 2 enhancers and others such as clearly colours, impressions colours, Freshlook colour blends and the new Allure. The contact lens store has one of the largest range of lenses that I have seen when visiting contact lens web sites. The contact lens store offers a huge range of special effects lenses I counted over 30 in all ranging from cat eyes and darth vadar to vampire red and gremlin.

I couldn’t gain any information such as shipping costs and times of expected delivery as the site didn’t have any information listed before actually going through the checkout system

Ease Of Use :

The site was very easy to use and navigating through the range of lenses was quick and easy with clear links, an advance search option is available for typing in search words and a quick list via a pull down menu at the top of the page. I think the site was let down by its lack of customer services and I couldn’t find a single help page or even an FAQ page.

Summary :

The site is very easy to navigate with nice clear links to the range of lenses and there is the addition of an advanced search function, the site stocks one of the largest range of lenses I have seen including the most popular lenses from Acuvue and Focus dallies along with some not so well brand names. There range of special effects lenses is extensive with over 30 different lenses in stock. The big let down was no links to customer services and lack of faq and help pages.
