I really cannot say enough about this store and the variety of high-end gifts that they have to choose from. I was very impressed at how easily I could navigate the site. This could be your one stop shop for all your gift needs. They will refund, exchange, or issue a gift certificate if the person you bu for is not 100% satisfied. This made me feel really good. I didn’t want my husband to be stuck with something he didn’t want.

I know that I am always using the tracking option on sites, especially when I have ordered a gift that is time sensitive. You can of course buy a gift certificate so that that great someone can find the perfect gift. If for any reason someone is not satisfied with your gift, redEnvelope is more than willing to exchange, issue a gift certificate, or provide a refund within 30 days. I know that this is a great policy. I did have to return an item for someone, who actually already owned the product that I bought. Service was extremely prompt and professional. This made me happy, and my co-worker happy. There are two parties to please when it comes to redEnvelope, and these would be the buying customer and the gift-receiving customer. |
