Shipping is based on how much you pay for your items.  You can return an item within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  Although this is true, it must be resalable.  I find this reasonable if it is a defect on their part then you will get a full refund or replacement.  Many people abuse return policies so I understand that it should not be used if someone wants to return it.
