Customer service can be contacted through e-mail, phone, or mail.  I have never had to use the customer service as far as contacting them.  I can say that all of my purchases have been delivered and processed in a timely manner with the greatest of care.  Time is important when you have a time sensitive event or occasion that you will be giving a gift.
