     I am a huge sucker for the coach design. It has always caught my eye. When I found one with the Indigo color at Designers Imports, I was so excited! I cannot believe the selection of designer bags that Designers Imports carries. I was impressed with the way that the website is laid out. They have so many products, et everything is neatly placed into easy to follow categories. They have huge sales on their purses. I got one for 30% off the original price! The checkout process was a breeze, and my product arrived as expected. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be from the great product details on the site. If you are looking forward to buying a designer handbag online, give Designers Imports a try!

Overall Selection :

     Designers Imports has a good selection of handbags. I don’t think it is as vast as some companies, but they have the most popular brands that people gravitate toward. Designers Imports also offers a wide range of apparel. All prices are discounted a great deal. This is a great place to get a wonderful bargain on a high quality designer bag. Designers Imports allows all major credit cards, Google Checkout, and PayPal. The checkout process is very easy.

Ease of Use :

     The Designers Imports site is very easy to navigate. You can shop by brand, bag type, and price from $100 and under up to $500 and above. There are great pictures and product descriptions. There are not a lot of reviews to depend on. I did not need reviews when buying the couch bag.  Coach has never let me down.

Other Features :

     Designers Imports guarantees authentic products. You can join their mailing list for promotions and further discounts. It seems that most of their products are already discounted by a significant percentage.

Customer Service :

     You kind of have to dig for Designers Imports Customer service information. When you go to the help tab, it offers a return form. There is no e-mail, phone number or anything else noticed on this page. Their phone number is on the homepage at the bottom. It gave me a feeling of less customer service quality, but that was only first impressions. I never had to deal with Designers Imports customer service because my product is great.

Security and Reliability :

     Designers Imports is McAfee Secure. They also have MasterCard Security Code.

Summary :

     I had a good experience with Designers Imports. The product that I bought was great. The site just seemed somewhat plain, so it was hard to get a feel for customer service. I can’t say how their overall customer service raes. I do know that my product was shipped promptly, and in perfect condition after arriving. It was everything that the website portrayed it to be. I would not hesitate to go through this site again, for the fabulous discounts that they offer on all of the top brands.
