Callwave fax gives you a local fax to email number that delivers your faxes to your email inbox. Callwave promise they can meet all your faxing needs from personal faxing to corporate, your faxes are stored online which makes finding that important document easy and quick. Callwave offer unlimited free incoming faxes per month and offer a free trial for 30 days.
Feature Set :
Information of the features Callwave has to offer is very limited due to the fact that no information is listed on there homepage and any access to help and support is limited to members, so without actually going through the sign up process which includes having to give credit card details even for the free trial information regarding features is limited. The only information I could find is that Callwave will provide you with a personal private fax number in the area of your choice, faxes received are delivered to your inbox in PDF format and your faxes are stored online for easy retrieval. Call wave offer corporate faxing for businesses which need more than one fax number and information on pricing can be found by filling in a quick quote form.
Pricing :
Callwave offer one package to meet the everyday faxing needs of the individual or small business, set up is free and there is a standard monthly charge of $7.95 included in this is 130 pages per month of faxes sent and no limits on the amount of faxes you are able to receive.
Customer Support :
Customer services can be contacted via email but if there are any other options available then they are restricted to members only and I couldn’t get access to them without actually going through the sign up process first. The same applied for help information
Ease Of Use :
Callwave could give a lot better access to there service because I found it to be very limiting in the information I could actually get without having to sign up for the service, there was no information on such things as formats the faxes are delivered in other than the one stated.
Summary :
Callwave have made it impossible to find much information about the service without having to actually go through the sign up process, the help pages where totally restricted to members only as where the faq pages if indeed they existed. If I were thinking of signing up for an internet fax service then this is one that I would give a miss.
