Feature Set :

Dataoncall offer an array of features in there packages including sending fax by email or from an easy to use interface once signed into your account. Faxes you sent can be viewed in your fax sent box and you have the option of password protecting any faxes you send. Dataoncall provides a wide range of formats which you can send as attachments including popular formats from Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. Several user control options are available from your account which include the option to change your inbound fax file format, setting file size limits for your incoming emails and faxes and choosing how often to delete file from your storage. Other general features include the ability to generate reports of all your fax activity and account usage.

Pricing :

Dataoncall offer three price plans for the home and small business user starting from $9.95 per month which gives you 100 outbound and incoming faxes with a setup fee of $9.95, additional pages will cost $0.10 per page. Storage after 30 days will incur a fee of $0.01. For $29 per month and a one time set up fee of $29 you get 235 pages per month both incoming and outgoing and additional pages will be charged at $0.10. For $59 and a one time set up fee of $59 you can send and receive 750 pages and each additional page will cost $0.10 per page. The free monthly allowance of faxes is for the USA only faxes outside of the country are charged at different rates depending on the country. Enterprise packages are available for businesses that send faxes in large quantities and they start from $95 with a set up fee of the same and this includes 1300 pages of inbound and outbound faxes. The top package is $850 with a setup fee of $95 and this includes 7700 pages per month both incoming and outgoing.

Customer support is available via several different options which include phone, fax or email and also the option of filling in an online form. There is a FAQ page available with answers to the most commonly asked questions.
