Efax offer two main tariffs for your faxing needs Efax pro gives you storage for a year for your fax with 200 pages a month included in the price, you can access your fax and voicemail anywhere even using a handheld device. A free download of paper master pro is included in the sign up and this software allows for better organisation of your documents, it is able to read digital fax and listen to your voicemail. Efax plus doesn’t have the inclusion of free monthly fax you are just charged for the fax you send. Efax messenger is also available as a free download using this software you can create and send faxes using your Efax subscription and you are also able to view, zoom and rotate the faxes you receive. Efax also offer corporate faxing for large enterprises and small to medium businesses.All tariffs support a wide range of formats including the popular ones, Microsoft word, word perfect, BMP, PSD, and PDF. Spreadsheet formats are also acceptable such as Excel, Lotus and Quattro pro.       

Efax free is a limited account and you can only receive fax’s, e fax plus which gives you a local or toll free number and costs £7.50 per month with a setup fee of £7.50 and it will cost you £0.06 per fax you send, receiving faxes are free. Voicemail is not included in this tariff and your faxes are stored for only 30 days online. Efax pro is free to set up and is £11 per month for this you receive voicemail and your faxes are stored online for a year, it will cost you £0.06 per fax you send after the 100 free ones included in the monthly price and receiving fax is free. Efax business prices vary on the number of fax numbers you take, starting from £6.50 per month for between 10-29 fax numbers up to £5 per month for 70-99 fax numbers. Pricing is available for numbers taken above 100 on request.    

Efax online have a number of support options available should you need help with there products these range from emailing, speaking with customer support via telephone or using the live chat feature. There is a huge FAQ page with answers to just about any problem imaginable.  

Efax online give plenty of useful information regarding all there tariffs and products though they could have made finding this information easier from the home page as there are no clear links to the actual tariffs and products. It is only when you click on “About us” that the products and services become available.
