RingCentral Review

All Ringcentral packages get internet fax capabilities as well as many other great features included, faxes you receive are sent to your email and are also stored online for reading. Faxes can be sent from within any Microsoft application with a click of the mouse on the Ringcentral icon in the application toolbar. Ringcentral give you free fax software which gives you the options of printing, previewing and designing your own cover sheets. Any outgoing faxes you send are encrypted to assure security and faxes are password protected online in storage. Ringcentral will alert you whenever you receive a new fax either by email, the desktop software or by sending a text to a cell phone or pager. You have the option of having a local or toll free number and Ringcentral give you voicemail with the options of personalising your greeting, multiple delivery and alert options and picking up your voicemails in your email account or online or by phone. A record of your faxes and calls are logged and stored in your web based account.    

Customer support is available through an online chat feature which is available Mon to Fri. Alternately there is a phone number for customer services and a web mail option for asking a specific question. There is an online knowledge base and a FAQ page, and the option to download a PDF user guide and support is also available for the desktop software.    

The site is extremely easy to navigate through and Ringcentral give clear pricing on there packages and what you get for your money, the feature list is extensive and gives all the information you need before committing to a package. The help pages are clearly laid out with access to answers for the most commonly asked questions and there is a short video on answering rules for the voicemail feature.
