Express Paid Surveys is not one of the older paid to take survey systems.  However, much positive feedback is already available.  Their database and system seems to be pretty well thought out and they do appear to update the system and weed out any companies that are not legitimate.

Value :

The value provided by Express Paid Surveys is pretty standard when looking over other paid survey programs.  They offer a three month and one year membership as well as a one-time fee for unlimited access.  Currently the VIP unlimited access provides members with the most for their money with a fee of $34.95.  Overall most members seem to like this newer survey program better than many others.  It seems to provide a good value in terms of having an update and helpful database of companies paying people to take surveys, try products, be involved in focus groups and so forth.

Easy Sign-Up/Ordering Process :

The signup process is not difficult and does not take too much time.  In order to signup, a person only needs to click the Get Started Now button and they will be taken to the first page of the signup process.  New members start by selecting a username and password. They then fill out some brief information about themselves before selecting a payment method and making payments.  PayPal and credit cards are accepted.  Consumers can also pay with electronic checks.

Trustworthy :

The Express Paid Survey site has been designed to be secure.  They want to protect customer data to ensure a safe ordering process.  Orders are processed through ClickBank or Paypal.  The ordering page is secure and so customers do not need to worry that their information will be used in a negative way.  PayPal and Clickbank are both secure payment processors.  The highest measures are taken in order to ensure that ordering with a credit card or other sensitive information is always as secure as possible. 

Express Paid Surveys appears to be trustworthy.  They have developed an excellent website.  The site provides many details and answers to common questions for those visiting the site.  It is obvious that this site and system was not just thrown together quickly.  They offer a support page where people can receive help.  Questions including pre-ordering inquiries can also be emailed to Express Paid Surveys.  They do say upfront what their support hours are and that a reply can be expected within 24 to 48 hours.  It is nice that they do not just provide contact details without giving an idea of when a reply can be anticipated.

Ease of Use (of website) :

The site is well designed for those visiting the website.  The member area is also easy to access from the home page.  For current members, the list of companies paying for people to complete surveys and related information is well developed.  They do appear to keep things updated and to include only reputable companies and marketing research groups.  Whether a member or a visitor, the site has been well created in order to make it easy to find whatever information a person needs or wants. 

Summary :

Express Paid Surveys appears to be one of the newer paid to services on the market.  They offer members with the ability to access the databases of companies who hire people to take surveys and participate in focus groups.  The sign-up and ordering process is safe and secure to ensure security to customers.
