Zappos is a very young company, started in 1999 by Nick Swinmurn, who vision is for Zappos to be the online store that offers the biggest selection with the fastest delivery. The company was originally supposed to be a site dedicated to shoes, but has now grown to a huge online store that includes countless items and brands including designer sunglasses.

Ease of Use : |
| The Zappos site opened quickly, and the page was very organized and easy to follow. The sunglasses page showed about a hundred pairs per page, and it was nice seeing the brands mixed in with each other as you got a chance to really compare the styles. The product pages were uncluttered and the descriptions were short but informative, and included frame material and dimensions. Along with the price, Zappos showed the quantity left it stock and the ability for shoppers to buy right away. |
|
Other Features : |
Zappos included on the product page information about the designer and had links to other items in the brand line. They offer free shipping both ways, in case customer needs to return an item.
